Build is for the moment when a SaaS subscription is the wrong shape — too many seats you do not need, the workflow you actually have squeezed into one the vendor imagined. We start by drawing the screen on paper. We end with code that lives on your domain.
You own everything we ship. Source code, hosting credentials, the right to walk away with it. Most clients keep us on for monthly operate fees because it is cheaper than a developer hire — but the option to leave is the point.
How it works.
- i.Discovery — week one. We read every conversation you will share with us — emails, DMs, WhatsApp threads, voicemails. We meet your team. We learn the words you use and the ones you never would.
- ii.Build — week two and three. We assemble the playbook in a staging environment. Bilingual flows, edge cases, escalation rules. You review by phone screen, not by spreadsheet.
- iii.Launch — week four. We go live on a quiet Tuesday. We watch every message for the first seven days. Tuning is included. So is taking a thing back out.

An example timeline.
- i.Weeks 1 and 2 — Scope. We sketch the two or three flows that matter. We agree on what stays out. We commit to a number, not a range.
- ii.Weeks 3 to 6 — Build. Next.js, Tailwind, Stripe, Supabase, the boring stack done well. Weekly demos. Bilingual copy reviewed in week five.
- iii.Weeks 7 and 8 — Launch. Soft launch to a small group. Edge cases. Then the wider launch. Code handed over with documentation we wrote with you in mind.
What it costs.
From $5,000 — quoted by scope, not seats. Four to eight weeks. You own the code on full payment. Hosting and operate fees from $500/month if we keep running it.
