- i.Discovery — week one. We read every conversation you will share with us — emails, DMs, WhatsApp threads, voicemails. We meet your team. We learn the words you use and the ones you never would.
- ii.Build — week two and three. We assemble the playbook in a staging environment. Bilingual flows, edge cases, escalation rules. You review by phone screen, not by spreadsheet.
- iii.Launch — week four. We go live on a quiet Tuesday. We watch every message for the first seven days. Tuning is included. So is taking a thing back out.

- iii.Week 3 — Launch. Quiet rollout on a slow Tuesday. We monitor for a fortnight. Edge cases get added to the playbook, not patched.
