Bahele LLC respects your privacy. This page describes what data we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on bahele.com we collect the fields you fill in (name, business, email, optional phone, the description of your bottleneck) plus standard request metadata (IP, timestamp, user agent). When you visit any page we collect aggregated, anonymized analytics via Plausible (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, follow up about your project, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Email and form submissions are stored in our internal CRM and sent to our team email.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for as long as you remain a prospect or customer plus three years after our last contact. Analytics data is retained for 24 months in aggregate form.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email jose@bahele.com and we will respond within five business days.
Third parties we use
Resend for transactional email, Plausible for analytics, Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe for payments (only if you become a paying client). Each of these has its own privacy policy and is bound by contract to handle your data securely.
Cookies
bahele.com does not set tracking cookies. We use a single session cookie if you log into the admin area (internal staff only).
SMS messaging program
If you provide your phone number through a Bahele form or sign up for Bahele services, you may receive SMS messages from Bahele LLC. We collect only the phone number you provide and a timestamp of your consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. Your SMS consent is logged separately from other consents and you can revoke it at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will stop sending SMS within one business day.
