These terms govern your use of bahele.com and any services Bahele LLC delivers under a written agreement.
Acceptance
By using bahele.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Bahele provides
Information about our lead capture and response systems, ways to contact us, and digital products described under a written agreement. Pricing on the site is indicative until a quote is signed.
What you provide
Honest information when filling out forms, lawful use of the site, and any deliverables agreed to in a signed proposal (payment, content, access).
Payments and refunds
Engagements use a 50% setup deposit upfront, 50% at go-live, and monthly subscription billing thereafter. Setup deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with thirty days written notice. Refunds for unused monthly service days are processed within ten business days.
Intellectual property
Custom code and content delivered under a signed agreement are owned by you at go-live. Bahele retains rights to its underlying tools, templates, and methodology. You may not resell or sublicense Bahele systems without written consent.
Limitation of liability
Bahele LLC is liable only for direct damages caused by gross negligence, capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. No liability for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
SMS messaging program terms
Program name: Bahele Customer Response. Description: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inbound inquiries, account notifications for business owners, and one-time login codes. Sent only to phone numbers that opted in through a Bahele or partner-business form. Message frequency: variable, typically 1 to 6 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for support, email jose@bahele.com, or call (786) 936-2891. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
